Comfortable headset with more options that you may ever need - headset, earpiece, mute control etc etc. Purchased this to work with Panasonic KX-FC245 as this new fax has a cordless phone with it with a headset jack.

I am using this headset with my cordless fax-phone in my mail-order business (www.godshaer.co.uk). I found the ear-loop did not suit me as it did not hold fast enough. So I use the headband instead. I have had feedback from regular customers regarding the clarity of my voice and most have said the quality is excellent although one person said it was a little fuzzy. The adjustable microphone is useful cos when not in use I put the headband around my neck and push the microphone down otherwise it would be up and in the way. The wire to the cordless in my pocket or on my belt gets in the way at times and the one clip to keep it out the way is not enough. There is a mute switch which is useful. Also the volume control is ok. But it has not got a manual answer button to answer the phone which at the time I did not think mattered but now I would select in buying such an headset as it means awkwardly finding the little green button on the cordless to answer the phone. But I am used to it now and it works for me.

Bought this to use at home with my Panasonic KXTCD 517 SMS telephone. It works very well - callers can hear me (and I do not have a strong voice) and I can hear them clearly. It is comfortable and easy to use during telephone conversations when I am also busy cooking, etc. !

Bought this headset to use with the new Panasonic KX-TG8220 (actually I bought an M170, but LiGo "upgraded" me when the M170 was discontinued after I placed my order - great job!!)
Anyway, back to the headset It does all that I need of it - it's great for someone with an occasional need for a headset (hour long meetings, web based presentations etc). The lack of an answer button on the headset might have annoyed me if I was going to wear it permanantly, but as I don't I don't miss it The sound quality is great and the people I call have no problem hearing me either The only fly in the ointment was the lousy cartoon instructions on how to assemble the various options - in the end I just guessed With better instructions, I'd have given it a 5-star rating Regards Phil

Great product for the home user for phones with a headset jack. The sound control id good, and with the mute button, it is great for those people who want to do other things whilst listening to someone speak...they can't hear you typing, drinking tea etc!
Would recommend this product to everyone looking for a headset, I have tried many others and this one is the best so far. Regards Seema

A very decent kit if you are not looking for a wireless solution. I bought this along with Panasonic cordess fax phone. The headset plugs into the the cordless handset, so I can carry the handset around with me and it almost works like a wireless. Anyway I have a problem with wireless headsets as you have to charge them, the voice drops out etc. This works just fine for me. The clarity is good and the headset fits pretty snugly on the ears.
