Good points
Nice neat solution for the amplification need - no box to have to find room on the desk for. Connected straight in to our Inter-Tel 8560 phone - easy peasy.
Bad points A tad pricey for what it is - the cost of this and the headset comes to more that the Plantronics CS60 cordless solution.
