Good points
Very comfortable. Can be worn all day without discomfort. Sound is very good, both incoming and outgoing.
Bad points Making a call is a bit awkward, unless I'm using it wrong. Dial from the main phone, wait until it starts to ring, then hit transfer button on phone; press button on headset when it beeps; then hangup main phone. If you try to transfer before you hear the ringing tone, the call is lost. Other thoughts Phone arrived within 48 hours. Installation and set up is very easy.

Very happy with our purchase. Works very well with our cordless. Now we can do other things whilst on the phone - the joys of technology! Looks good too.. Homework

As this is a DECT headset it means that switching from a normal phone is a bit more fiddly. Dialling a call and then transferring to the headset is too much hassle compared to a wired pairing of handset and headset. Aside from that the quality is good.
