This headset is not only crystal clear each way - not just for the user, but also for those at the other end of the line. Very light and so unnoticable in use that it is easy to forget that the headset is being worn. The mouthpiece boom is intelligently placed so that one can even drink without adjustment. For people like myself, who need or prefer to use a corded phone to dial from, it is convenient to use a line splitter to enable corded phone to be dialled from, while the DECT phone acts purely as the base station - To walk and dial, just pick up and use the DECT phone. No longer am I pinned to the desk, unable to get a drink or stretch my legs. I use it at home and although when I wander a long way down the garden the out-of-range warning beeps may sound, it has never disconnected, nor has quality diminished. One of the best technology purchases I have made. Be certain to check compatibility with your base unit - liGo assisted me with that - they are outstanding suppliers and extremely helpful. On their advice, I bought a Panasonic KX-TG 7100 DECT Phone, because I only wanted a cheap base unit - it is a superb match. Thank you liGo!
