Incredible freedom to walk around the office and even next door with both hands free while talking to someone. Sound quality is only limited by the telephone; these headphones are certainly better quality than the handset on the phone. In a noisy office having two earphones helps you focus on the call, and you can still hear people around you clearly when they speak to you. My only criticism would be they are not entirely secure. If you lean forward 90 degrees, or crawl around under a desk looking at the back of PC's they can slide off. The large headphones one can make your ears warm after sustained use.
