The service from this company has been excellent. This item arrived within 2 days and is fabulous. I run a small office with 3 staff and they now have one each. There is no cross talk and excellent clarity. I would highly recommend this product.

Headset good, lifter nearly

The headset is great. Easy to use and comfortable. The lifter worked for the 1st week - at least it lifted - and then gave up the ghost so is back with the supplier. It is also difficult to get it in the right position on my phone so that it puts the handset back to end the call properly. When it comes back I will try again and see if I can get it working. A colleague has one and is very pleased with both headset and lifter. Could just be the fit with my phone (BT Versatility)

Well pleased. Simple to install and does what it says on the box. Gives freedom in the office. Big saving if compared with the BT site. Delivery took three days. Pleasant staff to take your order. Will use this site again.

Lightweight, superb quality audio and good range. Lifter needs some tinkering to work with some phones, but various skicky-backed foam supplied. Top marks all round. Top marks also for liGo on price and delivery and ease of ordering.
