Excellent clarity - but lose touchtone facilty

Instructions a little unclear, but once up and running, comfort and sound quality excellent. Often when using a headset callers will often remark that 'you sound faint' and you can always tell when the handset has been picked up as the sound improves! Not had this complaint with this headset. Only drawback is the loss of using the phone keys. So, for instance if during a call you are asked to press a key in response to an option, you will be stuck. Something to bear in mind, hence the loss of a star for an otherwise fantastic headset.

At last a decent headset

I use the telephone for executive coaching (for several hours at a time). This headset is quite extraordinary. Crystal clear sound, easy to use wireless functions, and very ergonomic conducive to headset wear for hours at a time! Thank you this has improved the quality of my telephone interactions as a business coach. Geetu

The headset works with my existing DECT setup. My base station and the headset linked up with each other without problems; I had to experiment a little to find out what extension number had been assigned to the headset. I call on a conventional phone and then transfer the call to the headset; and I can answer calls directly with the headset. The sound quality and volume are fine. I run phone meetings for well over an hour without battery problems. The charging unit is neat.

The instructions were not totally clear, but once it was eventually working it is very good quality and easy to use.

This has been well worth it for our busy receptionist who used to go home with an aching neck every night! Easy to set up and use. Excellent service from ligo too!

Very happy with our purchase. Works very well with our cordless. Now we can do other things whilst on the phone - the joys of technology! Looks good too..
