Very comfortable and clear. Registered two headsets to the same base station. Transferring calls is easy just pick up on one headset and hang up on the other. Only small downside, headset does not ring for incoming calls.

I recently purchased the Plantronics C65 Dect Headset, and am very pleased with the reception and also the long range, as I have a workshop below my shop this means when I have a customer in the shop the reception does not appear to break up when I go upstairs, also a cordless one stops you catching on to objects so hopefully the product will last a lot longer than the previous corded one. The service and advice given to my wife (doing the research) was excellent nothing seemed to much trouble. Thankyou.

One of the best headset units I have used so far. It is very easy to use and the quality of digital sound is excellent. Highly recommended. Ligo customer support centre was very helpful in recommending this unit to me.

Having used a bluetooth headset successfully with my mobile (a Motorola V3 RAZR) for a few months, I'd been looking for something similar for my landline. I'd tried separate corded headsets, etc. (from GN Netcom); and, although they'd worked well, I'd missed the ability to wander around whilst in the middle of long calls. This headset answers all my needs (although the range isn't quite as good as the handsets that come with my BT Diverse 6150 set-up -- hence the one-star deduction...); but the sound quality is actually better than with the BT handsets! Service from Ligo was prompt. The setup was simple (it does help to have the original phone operating instructions). The product is simple to use and has a good range. It is comfortable to wear. All in all a great bit of kit.

I am disabled and find it difficult to hold phones, this headset is perfect for me, it was easy to set up, is very easy to use, I know you can't dial out but I can transfer easily enough after dialing with my other handset, the people on the other end of the line tell me that I am coming through loud and clear with no echo. I live in a bungalow and the reach of the headset on bluetooth could be a little bit better it does not allways reach into every room. I would recomend this product to anyone wanting handsfree connection

Finding a decent phone/answerphone and compatible headset was surprisingly complex, and I tried several places with not a lot of luck before finding LiGo. From that point on, the customer service was without fault - no question was too difficult or too silly, replies were prompt and excellent advice was given. I am extremely happy with this headet - it's lightweight but sturdy, comfortable to wear (particularly using the headband), and the acoustics are superb. The only small niggle is that to make an outgoing call, you have to dial it on the handset, wait for it to connect, and then put it on hold and transfer it to the headset, before hanging up the handset. Obviously that's not ideal (hence 4 stars and not 5), but otherwise it's absolutely excellent. I would recommend it (and LiGo) without reserve.

Fairly painless installation, except I didn't initially realise that the base station pairing code was the same as the remote access code. Once reset to 0000 it paired immediately and works well. Do of course need a separate handset to dial, but if the phone allows `pick up conferene calling`, then once dialled you just press the button on the headset and hang up the phone (there is a brief `conference call while both phone & headset are `off hook`). Doed just what it says on the box !

Nice headset - a bit tricky to set up with my phillipps cordless phone but rand the Plantronics helpline who sorted me out very quickly. Very neat design with plenty of options for wearing. Very pleased with product.

Works really well. [It's difficult accepting that it's only a headset and can't transfer or make calls, etc.] It lets me wander all around the place while talking and no-one has complained about difficulties hearing or noise. The over-ear carrier and headband are less comfortable than I'd like - if you have shoulder-length hair it can get 'tangled' in the band and maybe wearing specs makes the bluetooth-type overear holder less comfy but these are quibbles. I am pleased with it.

this is my first outing with a bluetooth headset and i can honestly say that the c65 is outstanding. the unit was very easy to set up and once charged was put into use strait away. Ligo delivered the unit the day after i ordered it and customer service was excellent.

Great sound and clarity This Siemens Gigaset s645 & C65 cordless headset were very easy to setup; with ease of use and great sound clarity, one can't wrong with buying any of these units or even both; It really suits my working & living environment and it just happens to look good too. Regards Paul

Very easy to use and the setup was very straightforward even if the instructions are brief. Sound is much better than a handset and very easy to wear. Only negative is that you can not make outgoing calls easily but must dial on a handset then transfer the call, not perfect as the person called can hear music on some handset as you transfer. You can set up listen in on some handsets which will offset this issue.

I wanted a simple way of dealing with long phone calls, business and personal, which meant I didn't have to hold a handset for extended periods. This fits the bill, set up to my existing DECT phone system took 30 seconds, faultless performance ever since. It just works. It does what is says on the box!

Even though my phone is not GAP compatible, it is a DECT. This allowed it to easily register/recognize the C65 headset. Voice quality is actually superior to the existing phone and wireless roaming is much better than the old wire-conntected headset which required carrying around the phone and risked catching the wire on furniture. (One still must dial from the existing phone and then transfer the call to the headset. Maybe there's an easier way than transfering the call, but I haven't figured it out yet.)

Before i saw this product i was originally expecting to have to connect a wired headset through a phone jack on a DECT handset, and since my existing Binatone phones didn't have a headphone jack I thought I was going to have to buy a new handset just to accomplish this...until i saw the Plantronics C65. Perfect solution, very good sound quality. Setup was a piece of piss. No more neck strain trying to talk on the phone and work on the computer at the same time. The only negatives, as mentioned on other reviews, are being unable to transfer back to a handset from the headset, and dialing out transfer is a little tricky to start with. Well worth the cost.

It worked almost straight out of the box (after charging). Very pleased with the product, good range and sound quality. Only downside I see is you cannot transfer a call back to another DECT handset once received on the headset.

I was always a little sceptical of using something that would make me look like Lieutenant Uhura but I have been blown away by the lightness, comfort and clarity. It was a matter of moments for it to register with my phone's base unit and then up and away. With the range of earhooks and headbands you can't not find something comfortable. No one I have spoken to can tell I'm not using a normal handset but I can now type and walk around in comfort. I wear it now 9 straight hours a day and would thoroughly recommend it to anyone.
