This was an excellent purchase and has transformed our small but noisy offices. We purchased 6 of these initially on trial and have since purchased more for all the staff. The headset is very comfortable, took us a couple of minutes to set up each, incredible sound quality and the staff like them very much.

A note on liGo - they were friendly, helpful and swift to act when one of the headsets was found to be faulty.

Cant understand why we didnt purchase these sets in the first place - comfortable and technically apt with almost perfect audio capabilities. Dealing with Ligo has been a pleasure and advice given much appreciated. Well done to Michael!

Great product, this is the third one I have purchased. They are very easy to use and work very well. The handset lifter is very useful. The delivery was quick.

This item is very good quality and offers my organsiation a large amount of flexibility in the workplace. A very good investment which the staff like to use. I would recommend this item to anyone.

I've had the Plantronics CS351 for about a week now and so far I'd have to say that it's a good piece of equipment.
Delivery from LiGo was prompt and efficient.
However, I did have a lot of difficulty setting it up - not helped by the very vague and complicated manual sent out by Plantronics.
Another web-site had a Flash animation that was very useful and I eventually got the thing set up.
I didn't order the automatic lifter thingy as I felt we didn't need it and the extra cost was substantial - though that might have been a mistake, have to say.
Once I got it going, it offered a very good sound quality.
Quite happy with it - these things are very good for small working offices where you can't afford someone just talking on the phone and scribbling stuff on post-its.
Score: 4 out of 5; 1 mark deducted for unnecessarily difficult set-up, though in fairness, somebody else might find it very easy.

We upgraded from the Plantronics CS60 which had served us well. We find the new CS351 to be far more comfortable if being used all day. The unit is also compact and set up as usual with Plantronics was pain free.
