Really pleased with this wireless headset. Listening so much improved and no aching arms any more. So easy to use. Highly recommended.

I ordered 2 off the above items - the order site was v user friendly and the projected eta and delivery was accurate. The interim information was also supportive and useful and when the goods arrived they proved to be as described - just what I wanted!

A nice piece of kit and I recommend it to anyone. The only drawback that I have found (and this may not affect you) is that the 'beep' you get to indicate an inbound call isn't terribly loud. You will definitely hear it if you have the headset on, but I purchased this so I could be at the bottom of my garden where I do do not hear the phone - and the headset is around my neck and not on my head. If you will be using this headset near the phone you are connecting it to then this wont be a problem.

This system connects to your desktop phone in place of the handset, then the handset from your phone plugs into it. This works, but seems to be a touch indirect - I would have preserred a system that plugs directly into the phone line in the way that an extension phone would. Having said this, it works as advertised and I have no complaints.
My wife loves the handset lifter - she thinks it's cool!
Speech quality is good, plenty of headset volume, sent speed is maybe slightly low in level even when adjusted fully up.
