It's difficult to describe the level of relaxation using the Plantronics Voyager 510 with headset gives you. I interview people over the 'phone, and make literally hundreds of calls a month. The PV 510 leaves my hands free; means I can pull files and check notes easily while talking; is light and comfortable and above all - does what it says it will do. The handset lifter also does the job and I wish there was a lifter for the smaller DECT phones.

fantastic product this, only problem was pairing it to the base station, not a mention in the quickstart guide. Took some digging on the web to find it

I made an error in my order and then discovered my phone was not compatible. Had several contacts with your customer service desk, Lynne, and she was wonderfully efficiant and helpful. She corrected my order and advised me on an economical compatible phone and nothing was too much trouble. The goods arrived in 2 days and I set them up and have used them since. The bluetooth receiver is as clear as a bell, and the phone receiver lifter works a treat. I am delighted with the product and my dealings with LiGo. I will certainly use this company again.

This is the second week of using the product and so far so good! Its crisp clear sound quality and is very comfortable to wear all day. The setup was a pain in the bum but once I called tech support with Plantronics it was pretty straight-forward. If I could turn back the clocks I'd have bought one ages ago!

Decent kit, just a few irritations

Nice comfortable headset, but others ahve compalined that while the sound is clear it is not particularly loud. It's all at full volume as far as I can see. Handset lifter is ok, but the curved design of the phone we have means it doesn't lift the handset in a straight line (and therefore can't put it back properly). Instructions on setup are a little vague for a luddite like me, but I worked it out eventually - plug it into the handset socket, not the headset socket (even though it's not intuitive).

Setup looked far more complicated than it actually turned out to be. It is a superb device and is paired with both my land line and my mobile which makes my life so much easier when I am working from home. Works exactly as advertised and its actually a bit of fun watching the handset lift and drop simply from the headset.

Bought the headset system just over 2 weeks ago. System set up easily right out of the box. Have it connected to phone in the office as well as my mobile. use the headset all day and forget I have it on my ear. have had some minor issues with the phone lifter (does not always stay in the lifted position when set to shortest and medium lift height, but when set at high always performs. Might cause issues with some phones!) All in all an excellent headset and far outperforms all those 'hang beside the ear' models. Worth the extra expense.

I've found this headset to be very comfortable - one of the main reasons for its purchase. Combined with the really clear sound quality, this is the ideal headset for our office. Can't find anything to fault it on.

Roaming power to your desk phone

The headset is lightweight and comfortable. The base unit allows you to answer a desk phone when away from your desk. The stated range up to 10 metres seems about right. Included in my version was a free travel pack

We've just updated all the headsets in our office with this voyager headset. Everyone in office agrees that this the best headset we have had. Excellent sound quality and very comfortable to wear. Would highly recommend!
