As a growing call centre we have found headsets and amps to be the bane of our lives finding good quality equipment at a price that doesn't make you feel robbed has been difficult. At over £60 each the plantronics vista amp & Plantronics H251N SupraPlus Monaural Noise Cancelling headset were pricey and there was a high failure rate.
