This is exactly what I wanted - it arrived speedily, safely and it works!

The telephone works so well when wearing hearing aids, the handsfree mode is very clear and the headphones are also a great asset. It was easy to key in the telephone numbers and to operate. For the hard of hearing a very good buy!

I am really pleased with this product, the head set works fantastically too!

Phone is well put together with good quality plastics. Buttons are conveniently spaced and a good size. The phone is reasonably heavy, so doesn't scoot around the desk. Great features with short-dial buttons, handsfree and (best of all) headset capability. The headset is light & very comfortable, mic quality is superb.

Only inconvenience is that the phone stand has to be removed to adjust the ringer volume settings. Still, it's a good package that I'm happy to recommend.
