This is a very good quality head set it is excellent for talking to people on the phoine in a busy office environment, all background noise is excluded. We tested this by havin the people in our offices make as much noise as possible, the caller was unable to hear any of it. Typing noise is also minimal. A great product but do remeber to order the adaptor for the telephone as this is not included with the headset. Regards David |
