About Interquartz Interquartz (UK) Limited was founded in 1980 as a marketing company to promote International Quartz Limited (IQL), a manufacturer of telephones. By 1985, IQL products were being distributed to the UK market and five years later, the Interquartz brand was eventually launched as a value for money products. Since then, Interquartz has been known for products that stood for quality, reliability and affordability. Almost all of their telephones come with a comprehensive 6-year warranty and they are guaranteed to last in a heavy usage business environment. As a result, Interquartz telephones have become the phones of choice for the corporate, financial, health, government, educational, industrial, hotel and hospitality and SME/SoHo market sectors. To meet the different needs of its diverse clientele, the company has divided it’s product range into three specialized areas namely: 1. Standard business telephones - from simple POTs to highly featured loudspeaking telephones. 2. Sophisticated business telephones - including a headset telephone and a highly specified CLI telephone, complete with headset port. 3. Special purpose telephones - from hotline to “keypadless” EEPROM memory telephones. These three segments are responsible for churning out the Interquartz portfolio which includes telephones belonging to the IQ10, Gemini, Enterprise, Voyager, Special Applications, Fixed Cellular Terminal, and Doorphones labels. Interquartz products are currently markets include Europe, the Middle East and Central Asia.
