Noise-Canceling Wonders from Sennheiser

Yes, another Sennheiser bit of electronics has captured the eye of a considerable number of selective consumers in the field. The PXC300 turns into another stirring audio device for those who are particularly finicky with the sound clarity of their headsets.

Nope, no soft-pedaled performances possible with this unit so if you harbor an abiding scorn for headsets that exhibit decrepit noise canceling features, then this is the headset that you would be wanting to drop over your ears.

What lies at the core of the PXC 300’s powerful performance though is the tube—the one that stretches into five inches with which the unit comes along. This holds the NoiseGuard innards of the device—the component largely responsible for the noise reduction muscles of the audio support.

So if you hate noise and like any number of people that inhabit this planet, find it a difficult task to get them off your ears, then perhaps it’s time you had a canceling headset in your bag of nifty gadgets, or upgraded yours—if you have one already—after you’ve noticed that your noise-canceling capabilities have a tendency to get a bit feeble when you use it for a couple of hours.

Of course, in the face of another noise-canceling gadget, one wonders what the next headset icon would be. Wireless headsets, Bluetooth headphones, even headsets that work with cordless phones—we’ve seen them, had them. What’s next in the line-up?

After all, whenever we stumble into situations of this sort, the notion of what will follow is almost always raised: it cannot be helped. The human race has an invariable appetite for curiosity and innovation—for change. Thus, an affection for the latest and most recent is always there. It’s part of our disposition.

But, I guess, so long as we have headsets like those that Sennheiser regularly provides us with, we won’t have to find ourselves dissatisfied for very lengthy stretches any time soon.
