I bought the fax recently and managed to order refills via the e-mail help facility on this site. Managed to re-order with pre existing account details via customer services. They were fantastically helpful and goods arrived within 2 days. Good easy to use instructions. One thing - there are 2 films in each box so bear this in mind when ordering.

I would just like to say that I was very pleased with the prompt service of your staff when answering the phone and their ability to know the detail of the product. The product itself is as ordered and delivered very quickly. The Panasonic KX-FC245 fax and the fax roll have been excellent products and I am very happy with them, I run a small business and they suit my needs excellently.
