These phones are the best DECT phones we've had. Very clear, although the handsfree could be a bit louder. Quite easy to set up, both for the landline and the VoIP. You can have 1 landline and two VoIP calls simultaneously. Works very well with Voipcheap (www.voipcheap.co.uk), both for sending and receiving calls and much easier than using a PC and headset. Transferring phone books between handsets is very handy. PC synchronisation is with tab separated files and works well. The display is very clear. Battery life is excellent. Handsets are quite chunky but feel well made and easy to hold. The separate base station is very useful - it can be wall-mounted near the network and phone lines, with the handsets and chargers wherever is convenient. Keypad is uncluttered. The intercom/call transfer/conference call is nice and easy to use. There's a giganet private network where you can call other Gigaset owners for free, which looks interesting.
