We use UPS, City Link, and Royal Mail to ensure your parcel is delivered to you quickly and securely. 99% of our orders are delivered within 24-48 hours (working days) within the UK.
Order before 4pm and we will ship it you the same day and 98% of the time it will be with you the following day (working day). If another address is more convenient than home, eg work, we can send it there instead. This option is available in the checkout.

Not Vista Compatible

The website makes it clear that the Polycom Communicator is not MAC compatible but it does not make it clear that it is not Vista compatible either. There are no drivers for Vista and without them the Polycom is almost unusable. There is a post on the Polycom website saying 'Support for Windows Vista® operating systems is planned for Late 2008'. Good points
Very good product, allows to have conference calls on skype without using headsets and the sound is very clear.
