Was a bit disturbed because mac compatibility was not mentioned on packaging or in instructions but a quick google and download and I was off and running. Exceelent sound quality and ease of use

Ordered one yesterday and got the parcel just now; that was fast Ligo! So far, the Free 1 works great and I got it all figured out in a sec. It is lightweight but still has a solid feel to it. Good Job Ipevo and Ligo! Fast delivery, great price!

I am pretty computer-illiterate, so the new Skype business is a bit daunting. The first time I used it I couldn't make myself heard at the other end. It seems to be OK now, though. Basic information....eg whether a phone or a headset and microphone is best, and how a webcam works, is a bit lacking. I need to be about fifty years younger.

Good piece of equipment. i'm experiencing a broken connection so not too sure of the performance. Works great on my Mac and also on a PC (other than the connection problems).
