Excellent Features make this gadget a winner, 24th Mar 2007

If the C100’s cool design doesn’t impress you that much, wait till you try out its top-notch features. Great voice quality on both sides of the line, thanks to the hi-fi wideband. Its built-in microphones work perfectly without voice distortions. The anti-echo feature is a nice touch, we didn’t experience annoying feedback noise. Connecting to Skype is fast and easy. If you haven’t tried hands-free Skype-calling before, you have got to try the Polycom C100. This one’s a winner in out book, highly recommended!

Works for me..., 24th Aug 2007

Nice piece of kit, good quality speaker and two mics appear to work well at desktop distances, not experimented any further away. Function buttons nicely integrated into Skype. Sound quality reported back as very good, although a small amount of echo heard at the receiving end with someone using a headset. Can't be sure whether this is a small failing of the C100S, but its minor, and didn't adversely affect a nice headphone free natural conversation. Not the cheapest, but could be useful if like me you'd like to naturally include someone else into the conversation without issuing headphones.

your website and payment pages work very well and was dispatched to arrive within 3 working days of my order. I ordered it when I was on business in China. The C100S polycom works brilliantly - the only thing that has let your end-to-end service down was the delivery courier ANC (express?)- I was out when they first tried - so I called and arranged for delivery the next day as I was at home all day - guess what it never made it onto their van on the agreed day - so I did not get my C100S until after Easter as they did not offer or try to make a special run to get me this before Easter when I called and asked why no-one had made the delivery.As a company who deliver packages so called express they did not meet or try to meet this expectation. I eventually got this over a week later than expected due to Easter holidays as it lay in the ANC dispatch depot.

Expensive but excellent, 26th Aug 2006

The sound quality of this unit just blows you away, never has Skyp sounded so clear, the unit is expensive but its build quality is excellent and its a quality piece of kit. If you make a lot of VOIP calls get yourself one
