Digital Extension

The Avaya 2420DS telephone is compatible with the Avaya IP Office telephone system. It is a digital system phone so will plug into a digital extension onto the telephone system. If it was plugged into an analogue extension, or direct into a telephone line it would not function.

Communication Manager Compatible

The Avaya 2420DS is also compatible with the Avaya Communication Manager Software. This means it will deliver all the benefits of the IP Office as well as integrating with communication manager software as well.

Full Duplex Speakerphone

It has a fully duplex speaker that delivers excellent handsfree speech.

Feature Rich Telephone

The Avaya 2420DS is also packed with features as well. It has a large LCD screen which makes using the system telephone much easier. Also you can customize the Avaya 2420DS display to show what the function buttons do saving time and paper when labelling each telephone. It has a number of one touch buttons that allow access to the IP Office telephone systems features. These are features such as transfer, conference calling, and call hold.
