This product was recomended to me, and so far has performed very well. We do, however, because of the nature of where they are being used, need to reserve full judgement until our trials are completed. Service hase been very good.

I’m a technical support assistant (that is, a fancy name for repairman) for a large manufacturer with a sprawling factory complex with 5 warehouses and factory buildings. I’ve been using this radio for the past week and it has made my job much easier. I get calls for assistance from all over the complex and when in the past I would get a lot of static-ridden messages, this time I could receive transmissions clearly. The one touch button makes it easy to operate even when I’m in the middle of a task, and the battery lasts long enough for one work shift. A good all-round radio.
