A very capable package

Good points Bought this as an upgrade from the C460IP because it can handle more than one call at a time. For the most part, it's been rock solid. It has more features than I've even had time to try yet.

Bad points I was a little surprised that this handset only had a black and white screen when my previous one had a colour screen. This doesn't make the phone any less useful though. When the connection goes down, it can be a little temperamental to reconnect but it's fine once it gets going again. The power adapter died almost immediately but Ligo replaced it.

Other thoughts

Despite my previous high opinion of them, Ligo handled this order very badly. The initial delay was no fault of theirs but they could have informed me about it. After that delay, it still took severals weeks of confused and unanswered calls and messages before I finally got my hands on it. They were quick in replacing the faulty power adapter though.
